Cookie & Privacy Policy.
We take your privacy seriously — see how we handle your personal data on this page.

We are the data controller responsible for processing personal data about our customers and business partners. You can contact us using the contact details below:
Shift Sector ApS · CVR no.: 37587583
If you have any questions about the processing of your personal data, you can contact us at info@brondbykoreskole.dk.
Processing Activities
As a data controller under GDPR, we carry out the following processing activities:
Visits to the Website
When you visit our website, we use cookies to ensure functionality. You can read more in our cookie overview further down the page.
Communication with Potential Customers
If you have questions or want more information about our services, you can contact us via:
- – Contact form
- – Phone
We process personal data in order to engage with you and answer your questions about our services. We only process the information you have provided yourself.
We typically process: name, email, and phone number.
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
“We delete the communication once it is clarified whether you wish to use our services or not.”
In special cases, we may retain the information for longer.
Customers
We need to communicate with our customers to ensure correct delivery of our services. In this context we may process: name, address, services, special agreements, payment details, etc.
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
“Once the service has been delivered and any outstanding amount has been settled, we will delete the personal data without delay.”
Newsletter
Subscribing to our newsletter is voluntary — you can unsubscribe at any time.
Purpose: To send you the emails you have signed up for — with new information about the company, the content of the website, and news about our services.
“We only send emails if you have actively given consent.”
Signing up first requires confirmation via email.
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
We process your information as long as you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending. If no newsletter is sent for 1 year, your consent expires. After unsubscribing, we keep your previous consent for 2 years for documentation purposes, cf. the Danish Consumer Ombudsman’s spam guidance section 11.3.
Accounting
We are required to retain all accounting records pursuant to the Danish Bookkeeping Act. We retain invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. These may contain name, address, and a description of the service.
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(c).
We retain this information for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the current financial year.
Job Applications
We are happy to receive job applications to assess whether there is a match with our recruitment needs.
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
“If you submit an unsolicited application, HR will immediately assess its relevance and delete the data if there is no match.”
“If you apply for a specific posted job, we will discard your application if you are not hired — immediately after the right candidate has been found.”
If you enter the recruitment process or are hired, you will receive separate information on the handling of your personal data.
Data Processors
Few companies do everything themselves — and we are no exception. We have partners and use suppliers, some of whom may be data processors.
External suppliers may, for example, provide systems for organising our work, deliver services, advisory services, IT hosting, or marketing.
Cookies We Use
This table is updated automatically via Cookiebot. If it is not shown, JavaScript is disabled or the script is blocked.
“It is our responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed correctly.”
That is why we set high standards for our partners, who must be able to guarantee the protection of the data.
We enter into data processing agreements with everyone who processes data on our behalf, in order to increase security.
Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not disclose personal data to third parties.
Profiling and Automated Decisions
We do not carry out profiling or automated decisions.
Third-Country Transfers
“We mainly use data processors in the EU/EEA, or processors that store data within the EU/EEA.”
In some cases this is not possible, and we may therefore use data processors outside the EU/EEA, provided they can guarantee an adequate level of protection.
Processing Security
We maintain processing security through appropriate technical and organisational measures.
“We have carried out risk assessments of our processing of personal data and implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to increase security.”
An important measure is to keep employees up to date on GDPR through ongoing awareness training, GDPR courses, and review of GDPR procedures.
